Zandvliet introduces My Best Friend wine-in-a-box

The celebrated Zandvliet winery has made it even easier and convenient for wine-lovers to enjoy its My Best Friend range, available in traditional bottles and now a two-litre wine-in-a-box format too. My Best Friend, which comprises a Cape White and Cape Red, is the perfect bring-your-own-wine summer companion when joining friends for a braai, sunset picnic, or simply a leisurely get-together around the pool.

The My Best Friend Cape White has refreshing flavours of lime, citrus and melon with hints of honeysuckle. These flavours carry through to a luscious palate and lingering, crisp finish. It is the perfect companion of light meals and even better when served with sushi, seared tuna or sashimi.

But, what’s better than one best friend? Two, of course! My Best Friend Cape Red has a ripe complex nose with aromas of red fruit, plums and spice. These flow through to an elegant palate and smooth finish. It is the perfect braai buddy.

The range is also available in a 750ml bottle, which make this a relationship built to last. My Best Friend is available from selected outlets nationwide. The two-litre box retails for approximately R140, and the bottle, for around R70.
