Purple Rayn – Constantia Guesthouse and Restaurant

We were treated to unforgettable Dinner at the newly opened Purple Rayn. 

Located in leafy green Constantia we enjoyed the best of Stellenbosch Wine Route with Lourensford Mcc Brut 2012 bubbly,  whilst surrounded by Cecelia forest trees🌳

The setting is super chic and the service was excellent thanks to Patrick and his efficient team, they made it  a memorable evening.

We enjoyed a selection of modestly portioned dishes, each one bursting with flavor.The star of the night had to be the oysters, it was a tantalizing treat , believe me , you won’t be able to resist.

A delicious showstopper , that I can only be described as Wow” hazelnut, salted caramel, ginger and honeycomb concoction paired with the Lourensford limited release SMV 2016 (Shiraz, Mourvedré, Viognier) was the perfect way to end of an incredible dining experience
