At @spierwinefarm @jillianhillza & I savored the limited edition Soup & Wine Pairing, a celebration of seasonal comfort and fine craftsmanship. From white bean & truffle to pumpkin veloutรฉ, each bowl was perfectly paired with Spierโ€™s wines. The standout pairing for me had to be the Creative Block 5 , think layered, complex and utterly delicious. The wine reflects the winemakers artistry and chefs balance with the flavours which beautifully ties the experience together.. Winter never tasted this good ๐Ÿทโœจ
