 South Africa and Cape Town have been named the best places in the world to travel, voted for by readers of The Telegraph in the United Kingdom. 

Yearly readers of the British newspaper vote in significant numbers for their favourite destination and although for the past 10 years, New Zealand was the firm favourite, South Africa has shown that the Rainbow Nation truly has it all. This is the first since 2019 that the awards have been held with COVID-19 hampering travel and ultimate voting.
