The Vineyard Hotel’s annual Festival of Bubbles
Great news for MCC lovers on Sunday, 31st March 2017 from 15h00 – 18h00 guest can enjoy bubbly form and those who missed out on the Vineyard Hotel’s six-course sparkling-wine-paired dinner prepared by Michelin-starred chef Roger Jones. This event also marks the start of the Vineyard Hotel’s wine-paired dinners!
This year, guests will get to celebrate the pride of 20 Methode Cap Classique (MCC) producers, as well as at least one international bubbly. That translates into more than 40 bubblies available for tasting on the day, including classics like Simonsig Kaapse Vonkel and Villiera Tradition Brut, cult favourites De Grendel Brut, L’Ormarins Brut Rosé and Steenberg 1682 Pinot Noir, and many, many more.
Raise a champagne flute to balmy late-summer days in the Vineyard Hotel’s lush garden on the slopes of Table Mountain, and consider the expertise and hard work that has gone into filling your glass with this nectar.
There will be live background entertainment and delicious, light canapes served.
It is hardly surprising that the Festival of Bubbles is perennially popular and tickets sell out very quickly. Guests are encouraged to book early – the cost to attend is R250 per person.
