The Constantia restaurant scene gained a new all-day eatery in March, when contemporary Botanicum Café & Grill opened its doors, serving seasonal modern European dishes using the best Cape produce. Personally managed by co-founder and sommelier Marc Botes, Botanicum conveys a sense of place, bringing the leafy surrounds of High Constantia inside with beautifully designed finishes, the interior epitomises simplicity and sophistication, and its menu follows suit.
