This December: One of the most exciting additions this summer is the newly upgraded tasting area in the Sundial Garden. Here, under the shade of ancient trees, guests to connect with nature while indulging in the estate’s finest offerings. Whether it’s a leisurely afternoon or a special celebration, the Sundial Garden is the perfect backdrop to elevate your summer with wine, conversation, and beautiful surroundings. Visitors are welcome from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and the final cellar tour commences at 3:30 PM, with start times every hour from 11:00 AM. The last ticket for tasting only is available until 4:00 PM, and the last ticket for the Visitor’s Route Experience can be purchased until 3:00 PM to join the 3:30 PM tour.

The Historic Cloete Cellar

For a more intimate and historically immersive experience, the Cloete Cellar—the original wine production cellar from 1791—offers an unparalleled experience to savour the essence of summer. This cellar is famous for Groot Constantia’s Grand Constance, a sweet wine celebrated by historical figures like Napoleon and Jane Austen.
